Mr. Rankinasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs how the United Kingdom delegate voted in the General Assembly of the United Nations on 30th October on the Resolution deciding not to accept the suggestions contained in the Good Offices Committee on South-West Africa, which envisaged partition and annexation of any part of the territory as a basis for the solution of the question of South-West Africa.
