Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to repeal certain emergency laws and, in particular, the enactments provicing for the continuation of Defence Regulations, and to continue in force for a limited period and with modifications certain Defence Regulations and other emergency provisions, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by any Government department, including any department of the Government of Northern Ireland, which are attributable to the provisions of that Act.—(Mr. Erroll.]
