I beg to move, in page 22, line 15, to leave out subsection (3).

This is a consequential Amendment.

I believe this matter was discussed in the Standing Committee. I am not clear in what respect the Amendment is consequential upon what has happened previously. I do not wish to make any remarks about it if I have misunderstood the implication, but my impression was that this was a matter which would be looked at.

The Amendment is consequential upon the first of the new Clauses which were before the House earlier today.
