I believe, however, that the discussions to which he refers started several years ago. On the second part of the Question, I have nothing to add to the reply which my right hon. Friend gave him on 13th February.
§ Sir R. RobinsonIn view of the fact that these discussions have been going on for so long, will my hon. Friend use whatever influence he has in the matter in order to expedite the announcement of a decision?
