§ Mr. MacMillanWould not the Joint Under-Secretary give a little prompting to the county council, in view of the fact that the service is desperately needed in the islands, that young people are drifting away and that this provision of a vehicular ferry service would quite revolutionise the whole system of transport between the islands, which is now highly inconvenient and very costly to everybody concerned?
