Motion made, and Question proposed, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to increase the rates of national health service contributions, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase attributable to the provisions of the said Act in the administrative expenses and other sums so payable under the National Health Service Contributions Act, 1957.—[Mr. Walker-Smith.]
