§ Miss BurtonIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that I am very glad to hear what he has said about this national Approvals Board, because the British Standards Institute was wondering what had happened to it? Can he say when it will actively move into operation?
§ Sir D. EcclesI am afraid that I cannot say, because at the moment it appears that the negotiators are going into further technical details and I cannot say when they will conclude their discussions.
