§ 6. Mr. Gowerasked the Postmaster-General how many applications for telephones were outstanding in the Borough of Barry at the latest convenient date; how many were outstanding a year ago; and how many such applications were first made more than two years ago.
§ Mr. K. ThompsonAt the beginning of this month, 108 applications were outstanding, of which 40 were in course of being met. A year ago, there were 180 applications outstanding. In that period 150 telephones have been installed. Twenty applications were over two years old, but all these should be cleared shortly.
