I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said Amendment.

This is purely a drafting Amendment. I think that it speaks for itself.

Mr. Willey

I rise only to say that we agree that this improves the language. This Bill had a Second Reading in November, went to another place in April and we agree that it is now more intelligible, but we regret that it has not been as improved as it might have been.
