§ 10. Mrs. L. Jegerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will place in the Library recent broadcasts from Ankara and from Athens to Cyprus.
§ Mr. Ian HarveyThe monitoring reports of world broadcasts prepared by the British Broadcasting Corporation are regularly placed in the Library of the House. These contain either verbatim accounts or summaries of broadcasts from Athens and Ankara to Cyprus.
§ Mr. P. Noel-BakerIn view of the great importance of this matter, could the Joint Under-Secretary of State arrange that verbatim reports and not summaries should be made available? The language, after all, is of supreme importance.
§ Mr. HarveyI will certainly look into that point.
