Lords Amendment: In page 15, line 28, leave out "thereunder" and insert for the purposes mentioned therein".

I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said Amendment.

This is a drafting Amendment, which is designed to make it quite clear that the byelaws dealing with the particulars mentioned in connection with the underpass in subsection (2) can be made only for the purposes mentioned in subsection (1).
