Resolution reported,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for the establishment of the State of Singapore, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any increase in sums so payable which is attributable to any Order in Council under that Act making adaptations or modifications of, or of any instrument made under, any other Act of Parliament.
