Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to provide for the constitution of a Council on Tribunals and for other matters, it is expedient to authorise the making out of moneys provided by Parliament of payments to members of any tribunal specified in the said Act.—[Mr. Simon.]
