§ Mr. LiptonWhile the Minister can say that the position is worse in other parts of the country or the percentage there is higher, would not he agree that, although there has been an improvement this month compared with last month, the unemployment figures in London are higher at present than they have been for a long time in a comparable month of the year? What will he do about it?
