§ Mr. T. G. D. GalbraithThere is a programme of new construction, including three frigates, now going on in the dockyards. While I cannot give details about any future programme, I can assure the hon. Member that, as I told the House during the Navy Estimates debate, it is our intention to make use of the dockyards for new construction as far as possible, without undertaking the very considerable capital re-equipment, which would be required for further expansion in that direction.
