Resolution reported,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to constitute a Council on Tribunals, it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of the salaries or fees payable under that Act to the chairman and other members of any such Council or any committee thereof, the allowances so payable for members of any such Council or committee, and the expenses so payable of any such Council or committee or their members.
