What does he propose to do in terms of getting financial compensation, either at the United Nations, The Hague Court or anywhere else?
§ Mr. HarveyAs my hon. Friend knows, this is a complicated issue which requires the co-operation of a number of organisations and countries, and it is not possible for Her Majesty's Government to take an individual initiative in this matter.
