Hutchisonasked the Prime Minister (1) what part this country will play in the establishment of a homogeneous aqueous reactor at Winfrith Heath, as contemplated by the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation; and what this country's responsibilities, duties and contributions will be; and
(2) to what extent this country proposes to take part in the project for the joint operation under the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation of the boiling water reactor at Halden, Norway.
§ The Prime MinisterBoth projects are still under discussion in the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation, and no decisions have been reached. The United Kingdom is taking a full part in the discussions.
