Robinsonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what steps are being taken to secure an adequate supply of rice for the West Indies during the current year, in view of the acknowledgement of the British Guiana Rice Marketing Board that it cannot fulfil its contractual commitments following the comparative failure of the recent crop.
