I have in my hand one signed by 40 teachers in Shropshire and Staffordshire, which I will send to the hon. Gentleman. Is it not a fact that the list, when published, will show that all the outstanding reputable educational organisations are opposed to the system of block grants and that the hon. Gentleman is supporting it in the face of the best advice on the subject?
