§ Mr. H. BrookeAll the records of houses provided by local authorities are based on types of dwellings, not classes of tenants. Local authorities are however building an increasing number of one-bedroom dwellings; the proportion is now about one in five, and is likely to increase. While most of these are used for old people, some are being let to single workers.
