It has been agreed that the study of hospital staffing structure referred to by my right hon. and learned Friend the Minister of Health in his statement on 21st April will be conducted on a Great Britain basis, and that interim arrangements for senior registrars will be made; the actual arrangements are to be discussed at a further meeting.
