§ Sir D. EcclesCapital expenditure on factory building in Development Areas by the Board of Trade under the Distribution of Industry Acts has totalled £70 million since 1946, of which Scotland's share has been 35 per cent. I will, with permission, circulate details in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
