asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs who will represent the United Kingdom Government at the First Regional Conference of the Food and Agricultural Organisation of the United Nations at Accra from 28th April to 2nd May.

Mr. Ormsby-Gore

The United Kingdom Government will be represented at this meeting by Mr. W. A. Morris, of the Colonial Office.

I thank the Minister for that information. Can he indicate whether the delegate will be putting forward any proposals for the elimination of malnutrition among children in East and Central Africa who are under United Kingdom administration?
