HC Deb 30 October 1957 vol 575 c205
37. Lieut.-Colonel Bromley-Davenport

asked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation whether, in view of the recent changes in the financial situation, it will be necessary to make any modifications in the immediate programme for road improvement in Great Britain; and which particular schemes or projects are to be given a lower priority.

Mr. Watkinson

I would refer my hon. Friend to the statement made yesterday in the debate on the economic situation by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
