Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make provision with respect to the maintenance, improvement, protection and regulation of the navigation of Milford Haven, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses of the Admiralty or of the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation attributable to the provisions of the said Act;
  2. (b) the payment into the Exchequer of any sums recovered by the said Minister under the said Act.—[Mr. Watkinson.]
