The following Regulations of the Defence (General) Regulations, 1939, namely:—

Regulation fifty-two (Use of land for purposes of Her Majesty's forces);

Regulations eighty-three and eighty-five (Obstruction, and entry upon, and inspection of, land);

Regulations ninety-two, ninety-three, ninety-eight, ninety-nine B, one hundred to one hundred and two, and one hundred and five (Legal and supplementary provisions).

Regulations one and six of the Defence (Armed Forces) Regulations, 1939.

Regulation one and paragraph (5) of Regulation three of the Defence (Patents, Trade Marks, &c.) Regulations, 1941.—[Mr. J. E. S. Simon.]

Resolved, That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty under section seven of the Emergency Laws (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1947, praying that subsection (1) of section three of the Emergency Laws (Transitional Provisions) Act, 1946 (which, as amended by section four of the Emergency Laws (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1947, extends certain provisions of the Agriculture (Miscellaneous War Provisions) Act, 1940, relating to wheat and land drainage, and would otherwise expire on the tenth day of December, nineteen hundred and fifty-seven) be continued in force for a further period of one year until the tenth day of December, nineteen hundred and fifty-eight.—[Mr. J.
