§ Mr. NugentNo, Sir; I am afraid that it will not be possible to make a statement as soon as that. Before making a statement, we must receive a Report from the Departmental Committee on Road Safety and consider that alongside the representations made to me this 402 morning. However, I realise the urgency of the matter, and we will certainly make a statement as soon as we can.
