§ Mr. Janneris the Parliamentary Secretary aware that the position is extremely serious and that there are very sad cases indeed in the homes? Is he aware that as far back as 15th June his Ministry informed a person in Leicester that the Sheffield Regional Hospital Board was aware of the case and that he would be informed by the Board as soon as there was a suitable vacancy; and has he any idea when these cases are likely to be accommodated?
§ Mr. Vaughan-MorganThe hon. Member ought to know that there has been a reduction from 402 in the last two years. The Regional Board hopes to provide eighty-two more beds this year and a further 190 beds in the course of the next three years in two major building schemes.
