§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreThese experts were convened by the Consultative Assembly's Committee on Social Questions. Their Report has not yet been submitted to the Committee of Ministers.
§ Mr. OwenIs the Minister of State aware that hon. Members are keenly interested in this subject? Can he not arrange for a copy of the Report to be made available in the Library as early as possible?
§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreI am sure that we are all very interested in this matter, and 1035 certainly the procedure at Strasbourg is sometimes confusing. The Ministers cannot make a statement on it until they have received the Report. As soon as it is received I will see whether it can be made generally available.
