§ Mr. MaclayIn agreement with my right hon. and learned Friend the Lord Advocate, I have invited comments from the interests concerned on the First and Third Reports. As regards the Second, the Law Reform Committee is being asked to consider certain other points relating to sheriff court procedure. I regret that I am not yet able to say when legislation will be possible.
