§ Mr. ProfumoThis memorandum was in fact submitted not to my right hon. Friend but to the Constitutional Commission which was then at work in Malaya. I am sure that the Commission gave full consideration to the contents of the memorandum when drafting its Report.
§ Mr. PeytonIs my hon. Friend aware that some of the people who were responsible for that memorandum are now in this country? I very much hope that my right hon. Friend will give consideration to any representations which they may make.
§ Mr. ProfumoI am sure that my right hon. Friend will give consideration to such representations.
