§ Mr. Lennox-BoydDiscussions with the Maltese Government on the outcome of the talks last month are still proceeding, and I am not in a position to make a statement at the moment. In reply to the second part of the Question, there have been no consultations on these matters with the Archbishop of Malta at this stage. There will, of course, be such consultations at the right time. The timing of the introduction of legislation will depend on the outcome of the present discussions.
