I hope that in the 647 discussions which are taking place they will not be browbeaten by the "big boys" in any way, but that their case will be duly considered. I also hope——
§ Mr. MacLeodI want to see that the maximum amount of grants go to herring fishermen under the scheme. The Minister wants to see that we have a healthy fishing industry, so I hope, Sir Gordon, that I may raise some points which will help the Minister to see that the grants are given in a satisfactory manner.
