MoodyI beg to give notice that on Friday, 22nd March, I shall call attention to the need for an expanded road programme, and move, That this House, whilst welcoming the expansion that has recently taken place in the road programme, believes that further and rapid extension is necessary if Great Britain is to cope with the demands for a modern, efficient, and less dangerous road transport system.
