§ 23. Sir P. Agnewasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what action he intends to take following the decision given in the High Court on 16th April against him and the Worcestershire County Council that the Pyx Granite Company are unconditionally permitted by the General Development Order to undertake further quarrying in their quarries at Malvern.
