§ Mr. K. ThompsonA determining factor must be the position and suitability of premises offered by applicants for appointment; otherwise preference is given to ex-Regular and disabled ex-Service men. Any representations that local ex-Service men's organisations may make about a particular appointment are carefully and sympathetically considered.
