§ Mr. Vaughan-MorganIf the hon. Member has in mind the reference in paragraph 628 of the Report of the Royal Commission on Mental Health, my right hon. Friend will be discussing with representatives of the local authorities all the recommendations in that Report which affect them, when he has received their comments on those recommendations.
Mr. BleakinsopIs the hon. Gentleman aware that there are some local authorities anxious to make a start with this work? Is he aware that this would relieve hospitals of many cases which are at present in their care and that there would be a great financial advantage, but that they need some financial advice?
