Ordered, That the Proceedings on Government Business and on any Private Business set down for consideration at Seven o'clock this evening by direction of the Chairman of Ways and Means be exempted, at this day's Sitting, from the provisions of Standing Order No. 1 (Sittings of the House) and that, notwithstanding anything in Standing Order No. 7 (Time for taking Private Business), any such Private Business may be taken after Nine o'clock.—[Mr. R.
