§ Mr. ProfumoThe formation of co-operative societies to handle the growing output of cash crops in these areas is encouraged by the Kenya Government.
§ Mr. StonehouseIs it a fact that the establishment strength is not filled in the co-operative department in Kenya? What are the Kenya authorities doing to correct this position?
§ Mr. ProfumoI should not like to answer that question without notice. I can assure the hon. Member that the Kenya Government are giving every possible encouragement to this movement.
