§ The Secretary of State for the Home Department and Lord Privy Seal (Mr. R. A. Butler)I have a short business statement to make. We hoped that it would be possible to take the Motion 250 relating to the Motor Vehicles (Variation of Speed Limit) Regulations at a reasonable hour tomorrow, but as this would now seem unlikely I think it would meet the general convenience of the House if we postponed this Motion until a later date.
