Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to authorise the London County Council to carry out certain street improvements in the vicinity of Park Lane partly on lands comprised in Hyde Park and the Green Park and partly on other lands, it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses of the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation or of the Minister of Works attributable to the provisions of the said Act; and
  2. (b) the payment into the Exchequer of any receipts of the Minister of Works under the said Act.—[Mr. Watkinson.]
