My noble Friend will consider this subject among others when he next comes to select a question for reference to the Committee.
§ Mr. Fletcher-CookeIs my right hon. and learned Friend aware that, according to my information, one division of this Committee is occupied only in the rather profitless pursuit of the modification of the rule in Chapman v Chapman and would very much welcome a more widespread and wide-appealing topic such as this, as appears from the correspondence in The Timesrecently?
