asked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance why some craftsmen employed by a firm of sub-contractors at the Wilton (Teesside) extensions of Imperial Chemical Industries, who were declared by the employers redundant on 25th March, were refused unemployment benefit at the West Hartle-pool employment exchange.
