§ Mr. Lennox-BoydThe college was requisitioned in 1949. It is used as a military hospital. I am personally very conscious of the desirability of returning this college to the La Salle Brothers as soon as possible, and I am doing my best to promote an early settlement of this problem.
§ Major WallWill my right hon. Friend bear in mind that this college was also requisitioned during the whole of the Second World War ; that it celebrates its twenty-fifth anniversary this year, and has been in the possession of the La Salle Brothers for only nine years?
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI have every sympathy with this request, and I think that my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for War, who would have had to answer this Question a few weeks ago, will look at it now with interest.
