I beg to move, in page 60, line 12, to leave out from "any" to end of line 15, and to nsert : rules made by the Lord Chancellor under the Fourth Schedule to this Act". This Amendment requires the Lord Chancellor's rules under the Fourth Schedule to be laid before Parliament. and makes them subject to the negative Resolution procedure.
