§ Mr. HughesDid not the Prime Minister take advantage of his visit to Paris to tell the French Government that we have made ourselves ridiculous to the outside world, that we have been saved from war through the restraint of the United States and the Soviet Union, and that the time has come for a change in policy?
§ The Prime MinisterI was very glad to find myself in complete agreement with the French Socialist Prime Minister.
