§ Captain DuncanArising from that Answer, does my hon. Friend agree that this Act has discouraged manufacturers from the manufacture of non-flammable materials because of the fear of prosecution? Will he consider abolishing the Act and producing something more modern and up-to-date?
§ Mr. StewartI believe my hon. and gallant Friend has a Question to ask the President of the Board of Trade on this matter. I think that then an effective Answer may be given.
