§ So much of the Lords Message [8th November] as communicates the Resolution, That it is desirable that in the present Session all Consolidation Bills (including Bills for consolidating Private Acts), Statute Law Revision Bills and Bills presented under the Consolidation of Enactments (Procedure) Act, 1949, be referred to a Joint Committee of both 698 Houses of Parliament, to be considered forthwith.—[Mr. T.
