I beg to move, in page 10, line 17, after "accommodation", to insert: (whether open or covered)". This Amendment is moved purely to fulfil an undertaking which my right hon. Friend gave in Standing Committee. It merely revises the definition of parking accommodation, and it is designed to meet a point made by the right hon. Gentleman the Member for Vauxhall (Mr. G. R. Strauss).

We raised this matter in Committee. It is a point which worried us. We did not know exactly what was meant by the words "parking accommodation". We are grateful to the Minister for meeting the point and making the position quite clear.
